[Description] Responsibilities:
-Provide support to all levels and troubleshoot for development team
-Help prepare documents for online user guides and training materials
-Provide user training upon request
-Listing system requirements for technical teams
-Be involved in Quality Assurance

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred
-At least 4 years of experience in software/application development and support
-Good interpersonal skills with proficiency in written and spoken English (Fluent Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage)
-Experience in mobile web/app and system migration project
-Understanding of SDLC, Software Design, Agile Development, database design and UX
Salary details
USD 40000.00 to USD 60000.00
