My client seeking to recruit a Jamf Jumpstart Integration Engineer to strengthen the Technical Services Team. As a member of the team, the emphasis will be on providing high quality technical services & support. You will also take responsibility for ticket ownership, provide higher tier support, job co-ordination and document scope of works to other members of the team. This role has been created to support the rapid expansion of the company and would suit a highly competent individual with strong communication and technical skills to undertake the following duties
The ideal candidate will have Experience &/or certification of any of the following: and preferably at least 2 years solid experience managing a MacOS environment as the primary admin.

You will be responsiblefor:
Performing Jamf Pro Jumpstarts at customer sitesTier 2 & Tier 3 desktop support for OSX and Jamf ProTier 2 & Tier 3 server support for OSX & LinuxNetwork troubleshooting, diagnostics and repairMDM solution implementationMultiplatform integrationSolutions developmentISO procedure documentation
Manage customer expectations and report back requested information.Able to demonstrate on-going interest to learn and understand new areas in the I.T. industryExperience in managing an Apple Mac &/or Apple iOS environment from the ground up using Jamf Pro in a current (MacOS High Sierra or above) environment Strong and effective communication skills both in writing and verbally.Excellent personal planning and organisation skillsExcellent telephone mannerAbility to demonstrate solutions to customers when necessary
