DESCRIPTION Amazon is seeking a Business Analyst, Customer Experience Strategy based in Bangalore, India. Our team performs continuous measurements of our customers experience to drive improvements and make recommendations to our senior leaders worldwide. The business analyst will work with large unstructured data sets, build metrics/ trends and identify opportunity areas for Amazon. The successful candidate will be an analytically driven team player, with an excellent attention to detail and a keen business sense who wants to explore customer experience improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Pull, analyze and use data to build metrics and business cases to support decision-making. Design analysis/ new metrics to help measure and communicate customer experience improvement areas Work with teams across Amazon to procure relevant data sets and create buy-in for use of newly created metrics. Define, design and maintain data repository and reporting dashboards. Continuous innovation and process improvement efforts to drive efficiencies In addition, you will innovate on behalf of our customers and build new methodologies and products to continuously improve our service. The role will allow you to make a real impact for our customers from Day 1 and provide a dynamic, innovative and fast-paced environment to constantly build your skillset and address new challenges.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS5years of experience as a Business Analyst or BI Engineer preferably in an internet-based company with large, complex data sources BA/BS in Business, Operations, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent Highly proficient in SQL and experience in data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Quicksight) Proven analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases and complete root cause analyses Strong interpersonal skillsincluding written and oral communication skill
