[Description] The role reports directly to the HR Director, you will develop organisation wide C&B strategies and long terms goals based on immediate and future needs. Design and maintain compensation structure, reward and recognition programs, which is in line with the statutory and Strategy. Develop, review and update of C&B policies and procedures. Lead in annual benchmark survey (Mercer, Willis Towers Watson) with bench-marking; provide pay analysis to improve remuneration competitiveness.

You will work closely with local markets to develop gap analysis and propose recommendations. You will work independently and has a good working experience in employee benefits, salary banding, job leveling and policies across the region. Manage Annual Performance Cycle for the region during Goal Settings and Annual Reviews.

In addition, you are responsible for the full spectrum of global mobility administration including all International Assignee' related compensation & benefits matters. Dealing with local tax agent on international assignee' tax returns and other tax related matters. Conduct benefits review analysis. Responsible for HR reporting, budget for HR related personnel and international assignee.

You will gather and analyse workforce information, bench marking and trends that will identify the areas for improvements and alignment. You will analyse competitive trends in compensation and benefits such as to lead and conduct salary review exercise, salary bench marking, annual performance and rewards exercise. Develop, implement and review procedures to monitor and review salary policy, guidelines and streamlining work processes. Perform job analysis and evaluation for each job position and prepare data and participate in surveys and reviews of data.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 10 to 12 years of C&B experience with a good track record in implementing compensation & benefits strategies/ programs, especially in employee benefits scheme. You will be proficient in using Mercer job leveling or Hay. GRP certified will be an added advantage.
