You will own and manage the customer success function of Roambee in India, Africa and Asia and run a team of 15+ customer success and account professionals. Develop strong relationships with engineering and business people to create successful customer engagements and grow Roambees revenue. Managing the operations side of customer pilots, trial programs and customer engagements. o Shipping Bees based on customer orders o Managing customer service requests through the Jira Service Desk support platform o Building an operations team for your regions as the program scales Own Roambees device operation and reverse logistics process Creating reporting and establishing KPIs and success metrics for your function. Gather solution requirements. Conduct demos of Roambee systems and capabilities. Support, test and operation of configured systems and integration points. Product training for our customer and partner organizations. Working with our partner ecosystem on sales and business development initiatives. Work on our planning process and help shape the strategies and tactics in the area of customer success and then execute them. Bringing your own ideas into a companies customer success mix and objectively evaluating their efficacy and success. Expectation to lead the current customer success team (6 members) and to grow your own team as our business continues to grow.
What were looking for:
Technical background in computer science, engineering, operations research or other related discipline with 5-10 years of experience. Masters degree preferred. Highly organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments. A leader and proactive Can Do person that is persuasive and has a proven track record driving successful projects. Energetic, self-motivated, with a strong propensity to succeed. Interest in supply chain management or transportation and logistics a big plus!
The position begins as soon as we find the right candidate. Compensation is negotiable and depends on experience and skill level.
