HR Manager [Description] This role will be reporting directly to the HR director and you will be the first point of contact for the corporate business units, to answer an HR related queries. This role will require you to work closely with the senior management on local and regional projects and initiatives. As well as partnering with the business, your accountabilities include; managing the full life cycle of employees, on-boarding and off-boarding, performance management, salary reviews, training programs and employee engagement.
Strong knowledge in HR metrics, tracking and analysing staffing movements in the company and provide qualitative and quantitative insights. You will also oversee strategic initiatives such as rewards, policies and procedures.
With at least six years of solid HR experience, you will be degree educated, highly organised, and proactive and possess excellent oral and written capabilities. Candidates must have strong knowledge on local and regional employment laws and HR practices. Experience in retail industries will be favourably looked upon.
