[Description] Your role
Responsible for Tender and RFQ management for projects in the ASEAN region. This role supports the Central Tendering department operations, to support sales efforts in maximizing the business results (ASEAN OGP and OEM) by supporting sales operations, improving and enforcing SOPs.

Your responsibilities
 Plan & produce bids/tenders for products fully exploiting the footprint in ASEAN and Group portfolio.
 Providing timely responses to Sales’ quotation requests and pricing analysis exceeding customer expectations.  Support Tender risk assessments form Tender evaluation to submission
 Support contract reviews to ensure compliance of processes and offers to company’s policy and procedures (e.g. T&Cs, Delegation of Authority etc.)
 Ensuring proposed pricing is in line with overall win price, working closely with the external sales team
 Coordinate & present findings and make recommendations to gain executive management approval for customer submissions
 Utilize various internal tools and financial systems like SAP to prepare reports and conducting analysis by business and application
 Work with the Group Legal Counsel, Finance & other stakeholders to ensure Prysmian’s interests are always protected
 Work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve a better cost structure and deriving competitive end-to-end pricing
 Support automation initiatives and process improvement with objectives to improve turnaround time and win rate
 Upon award, manage the handover process to the Project/contract managers for each major project.
 Take on any additional cross functional support duties when called upon.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI):
 Accurate, complete and on time offers,
 Tender/project Pipeline, volume, sales and Contribution Margin.
 Success rate of tenders.

Your experience
 Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Finance, Business Admin or its equivalent
 3 to 6 years of work experience within Proposals Management, Sales Operations or Sales Support functions  Proficiency in SAP and other MS Office applications, MS Projects and/or any other similar project/tender management applications.
 Proficient in English and preferably a second Asian language
 Preferably from EPC or project business, similar to oil and gas or Construction/OEM industry with project business experience. Experienced in multi-national company will be advantage.
 Commercially-driven with a process mind-set
