The Credit Bureau Operations Analytics (CBOA) Reporting Business Operations Analyst I is responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence reports. This dynamic position will focus on maintaining an existing suite of operational reports and building new reports in Cognos and Tableau.
As Reporting Business Operations Analyst I, you will (at a minimum)
Execute daily reporting responsibilities for existing reports
Assist with the migration of manually generated reports to Tableau and Cognos
Design, develop and maintain report data wrangling flows in Alteryx
Work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure the highest quality of reporting that meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations
Assist with reporting data architecture and design
Report Development: Experience building reporting tools and dashboards. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience with building reports in Cognos and Tableau
Analytical Rigor: Ideal candidate would be an analytical thinker with superior data analysis skills and ability to project outcomes. Preferable to have experience with Alteryx.
Critical Thinker: Must be able to quickly and objectively analyze and evaluate issues and form decisions
Communication: Ideal candidate will be able to synthesize data into actionable insights and effectively communicate to all levels of management
Attention to Detail: An acute attention to detail is required, specifically ensuring
Capacity plans and status reporting are accurate
Intellectually Curious Self Starter: Must be able to operate in a self-directed
manner; must have a strong desire to take the initiative to deliver superior results
