The successful candidate will lead a team of delivery engineers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met and exceeded, at the highest level of quality and health and safety standards.
Provide project management leadership to the delivery engineering and roll-out teams.Ensure compliance with and adherence to required safety standards, quality and competence standards.Recruit, develop and maintain and high performing team.Manage performance to achieve KPIs.Maintain strong customer relations and ensure their expectations are managed and met.Driving continuous improvement of processes and service delivery.Pipeline demand management.Reporting to the Programme Manager.
Proven mobile telecom project delivery experience (ideally 5+ years).Experience in leading field engineering and roll-out teams.Ability to effectively and efficiently manage competing priorities and still deliver to time and quality targets.Proven technical/project expertise specifically relating to Huawei RAN Equipment.Excellent communication and project management skills.Results oriented, strategic thinkerMotivational and energetic leaderDriver with your own transport.Able to work permanently out of a West Midlands location.
