Diaspark Infotech is looking to hire Manager - Bench Sales having competencies for the following role.

Designation: Manager Bench Sales
Experience Level: 7 + Years
Qualification: B.E. /B. Tech. /M.E. /M. Tech/ BSC (C.S.)/MCA (Any Graduate)
Work Timing: CST Zone (7:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)
Job Location: Indore

Essential Functions:
Good command on International Business Development & sales. Extensive experience on Virtual & Direct Presentations. Handled complete Sales cycle. Forecast sales targets. Ensured appropriate communication between all levels. Extensive Team Player experience. Efficient usage of reporting tools. Expert in bench sales and marketing consultants on various Visas; H1B, L2-EAD, GC, and US Citizens etc. Expert in marketing candidates at East Coast area. Expert in Marketing .NET & Java Resources. Negotiating with vendors on various terms like rate and interview process Completing all the legal formalities for joining. Reviewing and negotiating contracts and purchase orders as per company policies. Leading the team and training new team members for sales activities. Timely follow up with the vendors so that we do not lose any business opportunity.
