[Description] THE ROLE
Responsible for Singapore Key Account Customers, Modern Trade Channel
Budget ownership for Modern Trade channel, inclusive of develop and drive P&L, responsible of monthly target of all key accounts in Singapore
Lead and manage modern trade channel operations
The role has leadership function with one direct reporting line and responsible to manage a team of field sales force, including merchandisers and promoters.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible to develop and drive channel strategy through identified relevant customer and shopper insights
Lead and manage core customers’ strategic partnership with key accounts to expand distribution and presence in Singapore, through joint business plan and KPI setting
Responsible for building successful relationships with the main contacts and for expanding the networks across the customer organization.
Grow distribution (weighted & Numerical) as well as depth of distribution (WD by SKU).
Lead in Promotion and Pricing analysis, contribute to setting pricing & promotional strategy to secure brand instore competitiveness.
Deliver brand visibility KPI quantitatively against key metrics (share of shelf, share of SKU, share of display) and qualitatively against Premium, Proven, Aspirational strategy.
Support instore exploitation of key campaigns & innovation by alignment of promotional & sales plan to overall marketing plan.

Qualifications
Degree in Business or commercial related field
5 years’ work exp with a minimum of 3 years’ exp working with key retail customers in FMCG Industry
Relevant experience in Pharmacy channels is essential.
Strong sales network and sharp sense of Singapore retail trade environment and has great customers relation ability
A strong track record of growing revenue & ambition to develop and progress in a rapidly growing business
Experience in managing in field sales force would be an advantage
Salary details
USD 50000.00 to USD 80000.00
