Customer Development Partner (Modern On-Trade)
[Description] JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Key Account Development Partner, the incumbent will be responsible for sales target achievement and ensuring implementation of PVA plans in outlets he/she will be assigned to.
The role will have greater focus on Modern On-Trade Key Accounts groups, especially Low Energy outlets (restaurants, bars, lounges), and also independent Modern On-Trade outlets.
Responsible for sales to assigned contracted outlets. He will have to improve the level of partnership with the contracted outlets at all levels, especially with floor management and staff: analyze sales performance on a monthly basis, design and brand activation and sales promotion plans to defend sales and share of market vs competitors, frequently visit outlets to make sure agreed promotions and activations are effectively implemented in outlets and to ensure all customers needs are met.
Work in close collaboration with the staff from the wholesalers servicing the outlets he is responsible for.
Expected to be on the lookout for Modern On Trade outlets opening / closing / renovating.

Key Missions
Frequently visit outlets to build/consolidate relationship with customers at all levels especially floor management and staff, and to ensure agreed PVA (Presence, Visibility, Activation) plans are effectively implemented in outlets
Plan and Coordinate product and brand trainings with Brand Ambassadors and outlets • Manage sales in Contracted Outlets to develop profitable business for PRS
Regularly visit key party areas of Clarke Quay, Central Business District, Robertson Walk, Sentosa, Circular Road, China Square etc, among others to gather market information (competitors actions/promotions, new drinking trends, etc) and prospect new outlets with potential
Support deployment of promotional support (POSM, Promoters) in Modern On-Trade outlets for major campaigns

Requirements:
Degree in Business or equivalent
Experience in liquor, luxury or FMCG industry is a plus
Computer literate Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Good command of spoken and written English
