Manages all HR and admin. activities of the group to ensure the compliance to local and overseas labour laws. Prepares and files employers’ return (salaries tax & director’s fee) to IRD Implements and reviews HR and Admin. policies and standards for the group Prepares headcount and staff costs budgeting for head office Coordinates annual performance review and performs salary benchmarking Monitors HR operations of the property and payroll of expats in Russia. Administers and maintains a good reporting practice. Perform monthly payroll reconciliation against P/L Prepares annual HR report to the management with headcount and costing analysis Assists with company secretarial duties and communicates with all directors of the board Handles all travel arrangements for HK staff and expats in Russia and handles necessary visa documents in order to maintain visa status of staff members Take the lead to up keep office environment. Be responsible for the ordering process including but not limited to stationeries, food & drinks,etc.
Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines Minimum 8 years relevant experience, at least 5 years at supervisory level Experience in gaming industry will be a definite advantage Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislation Excellent interpersonal skills and highly adaptable to change and challenges Self-motivated. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Feel comfortable to communicate with stakeholders of all levels including board of directors Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) Immediately available is highly preferable Candidate with less experience can be considered as Assistant Manager.
