Manage the production kitchen for daily restaurant operations Manage the vendor and select the best suppliers in terms of quality of food, cost and services. Train the team to upgrade the skills as well as improving the work efficiency.

Requirements

At least 8 years of experience in Culinary industry Experience in managing production management in Japanese cuisine is a must Strong leadership skill in producing high quality pastry product With pre-opening experience is an advantage Detail oriented, well organized, self-motivated and demonstrate great passion in Japanese cuisine and constantly drive for perfection Strong knowledge about Wagyu souringAble to communicate in Japanese and English is a must
