[Description] Job Responsibilities:

Lead & coach HR operations team & external vendors to uplift and maintain the HR services delivery
Responsible for C&B administration process including payroll, benefit administration, medical plan review etc., through partnership with external vendors
Review & revamp existing HR operations flow and policies across APAC regions
Partner with HBRP and COE team to facilitate the launch of global HR initiatives across APAC regions – e.g. on boarding process alignment, recruitment platform launch
Manage HR vendors to ensure outsourced HR services are delivered

Job Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of HR working experience in sizable MNC, with at least 3 years focus on HR operations, HR Shared Services, HR Project Management exposure
Well versed in HK labour ordinance and HR practices with some APAC exposure
Excellent communication and problem solving skills, highly analytical, logica, and organized
Good HR project management skills with exposure working in highly complex organization
Experienced in managing external vendors or outsourcing model would be highly desirable
Salary details
USD 70000.00 to USD 90000.00
