Are you looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting role for a Manager in IT Project Management Office (PMO) with a leading Financial Services provider.
Skill-set Requirement
  •  A Degree/Diploma holder with at least 5 years of team handling experience;
  •  Minimum 3 years of experience in PMO activities such as procurement, vendor management, resource management & general administration;
  • Good understanding of Project Management processes;
  •  Well versed with MS office ( PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and SharePoint;
  •  Experienced in mentoring and coaching the team members;
  •  Independent and able to manage projects, vendors and stakeholders with great interpersonal and communication skills;
  •  Proactive and self-starter with creative thinking.

Desirable Skills
  •  IT Financial Management (Budgeting, Forecasting, Spend Management).
Job Responsibilities
  •  Responsible for the general IT administration, project execution and governance;
  •  Involved in tracking deadlines, deliverables and resources throughout the project process;
  •  Collaborate with various stakeholders to review the processes;
  •  Responsible to manage the IT procurement administrative activities;
  •  Responsible for adhering to contract management guidelines and compliance for resource management;
  •  Manage vendors and IT service contracts ensuring the various service levels are met within the contractual agreement;
  •  Ensure vendor compliance with regulatory outsourcing practices;
  •  Organise regular meetings, review the status and provide regular status monitoring on all project activities to management.
