  • Set strategy and standard for the customer service across all markets
  • Manage and coach the customer service team members from different countries to achieve quality and productivity for optimal customer experience
  • Reply customers’ feedback via email, online store, Facebook etc.
  • Recruit and structure the Customer Service team to ensure proper manpower support
