This $1.2 Billion project represents the design/build improvement of 16 miles of the existing I-405 freeway beginning at SR73 to I-605 of I-405. This project is managed jointly by the US construction firms OHL North America and Astaldi Construction Corporation, fully supported by our international parent companies, collaborating to form the joint venture OC 405 Partners established to improve infrastructure in Orange County, California. Detail oriented. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Organized. Ability to learn new things, contribute ideas, cope and adapt. Commitment to teamwork, ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow team members. Insure and maintain the accuracy of all electronic records. Knowledge of basic Heavy Civil Construction document types, versioning and processes. Use electronic document management software systems (EDMS). Participate in collecting and organizing Quality records and documentation for the Projects progressive closeout. Use Microsoft Office 365 Suite and SharePoint records software environments. Use Adobe Acrobat and BlueBeam Revu PDF software. Handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information including, but not limited to, owner communications, documentation and transactions. Respond to management related inquiries regarding documents, workflows, tracking logs/reports, status and final approvals, Monitor que of docs in Aconex facilitate daily deliverables. Responding to RFIs, NDCs, etc. in timely manner. Perform training to support Field Staff .+3 years of Construction industry expereince Basic understanding of construction methodologies Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the construction field Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent organizational, multi-tasking skills Competencies in use of MS Office Ability to quickly learn Ability to work in a team setting The company shall not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate.
