RelayHealth Pharmacy is looking for an experienced SAFe Agile Coach and Trainer to join the Program and Project Management Office to provide leadership for SAFe Agile business unit transformation. Our mission is to help patients get the medication they need to live healthier lives by delivering quality software-enabled solutions, on time and on budget. As a member of this team, you will coach and train a wide spectrum of McKesson Executives, employees, vendors and partners to ensure alignment, and delivery of key business and technology services and solutions. The candidate must be qualified to teach Leading SAFe (SA), SAFe for Teams (SP), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), and SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)classes. Hands-on experience in SAFe: Have participated in at least one SAFe implementation: launching a new Agile Release Train (ART), Supporting and Coaching Program Increment (PI) Planning. The hands-on experience and the ability to share stories gives credibility and provides great examples to share in a class setting.

This is an office-based position in our Atlanta, GA North Druid Hills office.

Position Description
The Agile Coach/Trainer must have strong coaching and training skills and is responsible for:Demonstrates superior knowledge, competency and in-depth field experience in adopting SAFe across large enterprisesExperienced in delivering training and providing coaching support at Executive levels of an organization going through significant changeLeading change agents and leaders in Lean-Agile transformation and implementationFacilitate discussions with Key stakeholders across the Enterprise (Business and McKesson Technology) and to align on the Vision/RoadmapCoach RTEs and Scrum Masters to emerge as Servant Leaders in supporting their areasCoach Product Managers and Product Owners to be accountable for their backlog contentCoach Business Owners to participate and provide support for the ARTsLead SAFe and Kanban trainings in effectively instilling lean agile mindsetMentor RTEs in effectively managing PI commits, execution and delivery metricsThe aggregate on-time delivery of strategic portfolio projects within quality, budget, and customer-satisfaction targetsProductive resource utilization and portfolio management effectivenessSuccess is based on agile programs successfully delivering on their commitments. The successful candidate will:Foster Communities of Practices and coach people to effectively facilitate themAssist RTEs and Product Managers to track/manage Feature definition to deliveryAble to maintain the schedule for ART launch and ongoing PI cadence and team eventsAssist RTEs and STEs in facilitating the ART sync and Value Stream sync effectivelyCoach RTEs to manage risks and dependencies and escalate and track impedimentsProvide coaching to Leadership and RTEs to identify and address critical bottlenecksProvide guidance to programs in designing continuous integration and deployment pipelines to deliver value quicklyAssist programs to conduct System DemosKey Success Characteristics:Highly effective communication skillsAbility to collaboratively work across organization boundaries and to influence outcomes without direct organizational authorityStrategic and creative thinkingHelps drive the innovation eventsDrive relentless improvement via Inspect & Adapt workshopsSupport RTEs to measure, manage and operate within the lean budgetsMinimum Requirements:
Typically has 10+ years relevant experience. Less years had if has relevant Masters or Doctorate qualifications.

Critical Skills:10+ years tech industry experience2+ years of Agile coaching in SAFe and Scrum3 + years experience as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) and in implementing SAFe programsLeadership coaching and consulting experience in adopting SAFe across enterpriseExperience in implementing and managing Lean Agile Budgets3+ years of SAFe training experience with high feedback scores2+ years of training in Kanban Foundations and other Agile MethodsSAFe SPC 4.5 or SPCT certification5+ years of Project/Process Management experienceAdditional Skills:Self-starter with a drive to continuously improve processes and remove inefficienciesPowerful oral, written and presentation capabilities adapted to clearly and concisely communicate to executive, business, and engineering team audiencesChange managementCertified Scrum Master certification or equivalent is highly desirableKanban Training Certification preferredCertifications:SAFe SPC 4.5 or SPCT certificationPMP Certification a plusPhysical Requirements
