As a Product Manager and Digital Content Specialist, you will strategize, plan and create content for a successful YouTuber's mobile app and craft marketing campaigns around the platform. The position will have flexible work hours with the ability to work remotely for certain tasks, as allowed. Required to live in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area.
Concept development, writing, filming and video editing, with involvement throughout the entire process to final productionCoordinate social efforts, key media and digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTubeCraft social media and outreach campaigns for the appInitiate cross departmental collaboration in order to execute campaigns for product launches, new features and eventsManage the admin panel of the app including uploading new content, user management, approving/rejecting user postsHelp to support and deliver on our core product and brand-specific campaignsComfortable multi-tasking and switching between projectsAbility to execute on conceptual ideas and strategic messaging frameworksAll other duties as assigned
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or other related field2-4 years' experience in digital content marketing and social media marketing strategyExperience working to scale or market a mobile app or similar expertiseExperience with video editing software (Photoshop, Final Cut, etc.)Photoshop management skills (cropping images, airbrush, text overlays, etc) are a plusStrong copywriting skillsUnderstanding the YouTube and social media industry is a mustAbility to deliver creative content (text, image and video)Knowledge of online marketing channelsExcellent communication skills and attention to detailWorking knowledge of video equipment and photography preferredAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and handling multiple projectsBe open to new ideas and learning new skills and techniques
