Technical Project Manager is currently required for a contract to end of February 2020 to have input into tender documents, review vendor designs and mange the delivery across telephony, call center and CRM System streams.
You will also be required to perform the following:
Ensuring that the scope, milestones and deliverables are clarified and aligned across the work streams along with linkages to business benefits
Monitoring and evaluating the critical path and master milestones and work plan, ensuring work plan variations are quickly identified against the baseline
Managing the efficient and effective identification and mitigation/resolution of program risks and issues
Identifying and managing interdependencies between technology related projects
Working with the wider portfolio team to create a 'rhythm of working' across the team, including stand-ups, status reporting and team celebrations.
Managing internal governance and approval processes
Managing vendor relationships, including contractors, system integrators and software suppliers
Leading a productive, empowered, high performance team-driven environment to enable the portfolio team to perform to the best of their ability.
To be successful in this position you will be an experienced Technical Project Manager who has strong technical knowledge across architecture, integration and has the ability to translate the business requirements into technology requirements. You will also be able to provide end to end project management and track technical issues. Excellent communication, problem solving and relationship building skills are a must.
