Description

We are actively looking for talented senior level Oracle Cloud Time and Labor Implementation Consultant. This role will typically serve as part of a larger team to implement the Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll solution for clients.

What you'll do:

Consult on best practices on payroll and time capture policies Be an expert in the configuration of and management of the Oracle Cloud ERP Time and Labor and Absence Management applications Support the definition and validation of various payroll related conversion activities Publish weekly status reports to the project management team Coordinate efforts between other HCM consultants and financial resources to implement the best solution for the client Work directly with client's SMEs to understand the business requirements and interpret them to appropriate configurations of the Oracle Cloud Time and Labor and Absence Management modules Work with Oracle to resolve service requests Create and update test scripts needed for functional testing Maintain system related processes and documentation and suggest changes to procedures Assist with continuous process improvement and provide insights into best practices Provide assistance in key system processes (ie payroll cycle management, time capture concepts, leave accrual and absence management, etc.).

What we're looking for:

4-year Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business or Finance (or equivalent experience) Minimum 5 years of experience as a time capture/leave management consultant with 2-4 years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud ERP (Release 13 upgrade experience is preferred) Experience with public sector clients like state governments, counties and cities Additional experience in Oracle Cloud ERP HCM, Payroll and BEN modules will be a plus, Experience with monthly and quarterly patch testing/issue resolution, perform impact analysis and testing Ability to lead complete software development lifecycle including analysis, design, configuration, programming and unit testing Assist clients with business requirements and suggest changes for process improvements Ability to lead complete software development lifecycle including analysis, design, configuration, programming and unit testing Produce end-user documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer
