Role: ServiceNow Information Technology Business Management (ITBM) Implementation Specialist

Location - Sacramento, CA

Duration - 6+ months Start - ASAP

Pay rate must be all-inclusive depends on experience

Need - ServiceNow Developer/Administrator - Implementation specialist

Project - This is an implementation of ServiceNow ITBM

Must have experience with ITBM Must have experience with Project Portfolio Management Would really like someone with Application Portfolio Management

Functional Needs

Perform Fit-Gap Analysis between ServiceNow standard/recommended features and functionality vs. current business processes Build and configure standard scenarios/proof-of-concepts to aid in application design Conduct design workshops to develop user stories; drive agreement on the functions, features to be delivered as part application design Advise on prioritization of user stories based to build Agile sprints that iteratively build upon system build. Configure PPM and APM modules including: Process Flows, Business Rules, Assessments/Surveys, Workflows, Forms, Fields, User Interfaces, Resolution & Closure Rules, Client Scripts, Key Data Elements, Reports and Dashboards Assess benefit of Service Mapping in long-term maintenance of data model

Technical Needs

Enable the ServiceNow ITBM Application Plug-in's. Confirm configuration of standard roles and permissions and make minor adjustments if necessary. Deactivate unused components. Removal of demo data. Update configuration to enable access to ServiceNow ITBM capabilities Create/update groups to add ITBM roles and manage membership of groups Populate stakeholder registry Provide for SharePoint document links to be easily added to records Understand ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) with knowledge to understand the impact of modifying data and processes within the application - provided by Dice
