Background

Asset Servicing function is currently supporting the HSS Custody business by using the TCS BaNCS as the Asset Servicing platform. The team in Pune augments by providing services like Production Support, Corporate Action SME support and strategizing the future roadmap for the Asset Servicing in both in terms of the change and IT capabilities.

With the amalgamation of the IT and Change, Asset Servicing team within HSS DBS is looking to expand and consolidate the change management function to be future ready with the ever-changing and ever-demanding business environment.

Requirement is for the role of the business analysis team of the Asset Servicing Team in Pune.

Incumbent person is required to be part of the team responsible for change management and quality aspects of the upcoming CTB demand pipeline. Incumbent is required to be enabler with right attitude to take full ownership and glide thru the complex structure and hierarchy of a MNC bank and act in unison with vendor, business and other key stakeholders.


Principal Accountabilities

Be a contributor in the design, build and support function from Pune, which will include analysing, prioritizing the changes and building the release pipeline and any required support.

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions for the Asset Servicing function and supporting them.

Running the Change/design/support calls and gathering the critical information and documenting the requirements.

Should be able to get the sign offs for the FSD and elicit the requirements to the vendor and help and work with IT teams.

Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

Managing competing priorities and demands.

Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

Building the Test Plan and Test Bed and perform/manage the user acceptance testing and support testing and BAU.

Ensuring timely completion of projects.


Essential Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Must have 3years of experience with significant exposure at the helm of doing the requirement elicitation, business analysis in the Asset Servicing function.

Knowledge of the TCS BaNCS CA application is desirable.

Should have a pleasing personality and should instil confidence in senior stakeholders and inspire the peers.

Nice to have knowledge and hands on experience in banking industry, ideally, investment bank / Capital Markets.
