2nd Line Support - Office 365 - Windows - Networks etc - St Helens - to 24,000 pa
Our managed service client is looking for an experienced 2nd line Support Analyst to join their expanding team.
You will be involved in all areas of 2nd line support (Backup to 1st line and passing on to 3rd line issues you cannot resolve.)
It is expected that you will have at least 18 months experience of working in a 2nd line support role with solid experience of the majority of the following:
o Office 365 Administration - essential
o Windows Server 2008 / 2012 /2016
o Exchange Server 2010 / 2013 / 2016
o SQL Server 2008 / 2012 / 2014
o VMware and Hyper-V
o Windows Desktop 7, 8, 8.1, 10
Networking Experience - WAN, LAN, vLAN, iSCSI, PAT, NAT, VPN, RDP
