Process Mapping & Design PMO Support FTC 2 years - Newcastle
Established business with offices UK wide are currently embarking on a new transformation programme and require a PMO Support with strong process mapping and planning skills to supporting the Programme Management Office for the Finance Systems Transformation Programme.
Experience in process mapping, process design, finance processes including the end-to-end purchase requisition to payment process and creating scorecards and metrics for finance shared service key performance indicators is required in this role.
Help create and maintain project documentation, plans and reportsCarry out User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Accounts Payable Automation and Purchase Requisition solutionsWork with the Project Manager to eliminate any blockersWork with the Communications and Engagement Lead to ensure that required communications are sent on timely basisDocument processes and controls using a Controls Library and working with management to assign ownership for controls and process across the Financial Shared Service Centre (FSSC)Reviewing processes and identifying process and control improvements
