My client, an award winning and internationally renowned organisation, is seeking an IT Technical Trainer to work within the team. This is an exciting opportunity for an IT Trainer who has a passion for training but would also enjoy the variety this role will bring.
Providing group and one-to-one training to all staff,
Engaging with staff on all levels - devising new ways to engage and advise on Microsofts new products.
Work alongside the Service Desk team to provide ICT support to the business.
You will also be involved in all IT projects to ensure they are successfully delivered, training staffto know how to best use the new solutions.

You will be responsible for the successful adoption and training of new IT solutions to the business
Create and deliver bespoke IT training solutions to the business
Produce and improve the corporate IT how to guides and wikis.
To assist the service desk team with IT and telecoms support for all staff
Requirements for the role
Confident in communicating with people and understanding their IT concerns.
Experience in supporting Windows 10 operating system
Provide IT support in Office 365
Experience of using Microsoft Active Directory
Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Be driven and self-motivated
Desirable attributes for the role
Credible experience of delivering training in IT solutions
Experience of using ServiceNow
Microsoft MCT certification
