Be an Enabler and a Driver to move to subscription economy for Dell Tech. Support for flexible pricing, promotions and easy to quote and sale through multi channels helping Dell acquire more customers. Easier self-service model from offer envision to launch that helps us learn iteratively what works for customers and Dell. Retain customers through enhanced engagement via easy maintenance of the subscribed Dell services and complementary suite of third-party products and services. To be a data driven business for customer success advantage.
Key Responsibilities: Sets the product vision for the cloud platform through collaboration with key stakeholders across IT, sales, marketing, industry, consulting and customer success Provides a clear vision and compelling leadership to all product stakeholders on product strategies and solutions to business problems. Collaborates with engineering teams to translate strategic direction into clear product objectives and roadmaps Lead a scrum team composed of top engineers, designers and quality engineers to deploy experiences that provide game changing value to our customers. Cares for and develops key customer and industry relationships by conducting customer and prospect needs research and maintaining key industry contacts. Manages and improves Product Management processes by championing process improvement initiatives within or across applicable business units and within Product Management Consultation as trusted expert advisor role to both internal and external stakeholders, including formal advice, Executive customer presentations, and speaking engagements at industry conferences
Essential Requirements: Undergraduate/Post graduate degree in Engineering or MBA experience in product management with 8+ years of relevant experience Experience developing a flexible integration solution for complex enterprise software operating on-prem or in a cloud environment. Self-directed and ability to drive projects to successful outcomes within fast-paced digital transformation environment Experience in Cloud infrastructure or XaaS is very helpful Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for consumer or enterprise offerings Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap Experience with Agile development and methodologies
Candidate Attributes: Must be entrepreneurial, data-driven, and with a passion for product research and design. Understands Dell Business, markets, competition, and customer/user requirements Identify market opportunities, build business cases, and define product vision and strategy for the business area. Excellent documentation and presentation skills. Author of whitepapers. Technical acumen to be able to direct and drive implementation with engineering teams.
