NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Technical Team Lead to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US) .
The Technical Team Lead works collaboratively as a senior member of the NTTDATA team that is responsible for supporting, developing, maintaining and assisting in the ongoing maturation of the client's data warehousing and reporting systems. This position in vital in ensuring the completion of the client's transformation initiative as it relates to the meaningful use of data.
Lead, and often work alongside, teams of DBAs, BAs, QA staff, developers and data scientists to create data delivery solutions according to industry best practices and federal guidelinesDesign and build both traditional and big data solutions leveraging the raw data lake (RDL) based on business requirements, architectural requirements, and established coding standardsRoutinely create visualizations and reports and present said reports and associated artifacts to Agency senior leadershipEnsure proper documentation of design, code, system architecture, data flows, debug and test scriptsUses advanced skill set to develop, test, troubleshoot and supports reporting projects and associated solutions/applications Lead, and often work alongside, teams of DBAs, BAs, QA staff, developers and data scientists to create data delivery solutions according to industry best practices and federal guidelines Design and build both traditional and big data solutions leveraging the raw data lake (RDL) based on business requirements, architectural requirements, and established coding standards Routinely create visualizations and reports and present said reports and associated artifacts to Agency senior leadership Ensure proper documentation of design, code, system architecture, data flows, debug and test scripts Uses advanced skill set to develop, test, troubleshoot and supports reporting projects and associated solutions/applications
Minimum 7 years of practical experience with data systems engineering, data visualization and data analytics Minimum 7 years of experience coordinating complex data systems/architecture to align with business and technical needs Minimum 5 years of experience leading technical teams Minimum 5 years of quantitative analysis
Prior experience in working with MS SharePoint, Project Web App, Jira and Confluence systems. Prior Health Information Technology and/or Program experience Prior experience with Medicaid, Social Services, or similar public benefit programs
