Description : Responsible for the ownership and management of strategic projects to create efficiencies and enhance controls. The position may partner with all parts of the Global Private Bank including sales teams, Service Managers, Business Managers, product managers, Business Risk and function owners. The role will serve as the key to enhance and strengthen day-to-day operating processes and controls, leading projects that result from internal, audit or compliance reviews.

Interprets data results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining independently. Designs, develops, and implements business solutions.

The candidate will be a detail oriented strategic thinker, skilled in solving complex problems. This is a global role and will require schedule flexibility to accommodate different time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders in order to understand their processes and how they can be streamlined in a way that enhances controls and creates efficiencies
Proactively identify business change opportunities
Managing global projects and cross-functional project teams of business SMEs and technology partners
Own end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives from problem identification through requirements definition and solution implementation
Partner with technology resources to design and implement technology solutions, including documenting business and functional requirements, testing and implementation plans.
Develop comprehensive project plans including milestones and activities, resources and timelines, to ensure project success. Provide detailed updates on project status.


Minimum of a Bachelors degree required
PMP preferred
10 + years of financial services experience
Advanced competency in Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and Project Management tools
Significant experience with major system development and migrations
Candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to operate independently and make decisions and exercise judgment that is based in the strategic goals
Proficiency in writing business requirement documents and designing and performing UAT testing scripts
Ability to build relationships and partner across a complex organization
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple simultaneous projects and meet defined deadlines
Ability to influence seniors and stakeholders outside of your span of control
Excellent time management, follow-through and project delivery skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to develop comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions to support rollouts
Strategic and innovative thinker
Strong attention to detail
Familiarity with Private Bank and processes is a plus
Prior management experience
