Job Description:

This role applies technical knowledge in determining end to end design requirements for large projects involving line of business, software/hardware developers and vendors. They will work in a fast paced, state of the art, industry-leading card operation. Managing LAN supporting operation hardware in support of the business.

The employee will work closely with business partners to define strategies for technical solutions, determine requirements, and develop functional designs based on the analysis of line of business needs, objectives and existing systems infrastructure in an operational environment. Drives and participates in design, development and implementation of large and complex enterprise wide applications, often using new technologies. Will work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that test plans and scripts serve customer needs. Manage projects including responsibility for a project and project budget. Will work under minimal supervision on enterprise wide projects requiring creative solutions. Typically requires a minimum of 3-5 years of applicable experience.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of managing and configuring Windows server-based operating systemBasic knowledge of networking infrastructureUnderstanding of XML data structureBasic SQL statement knowledgeAbility to establish relationships and work effectively across the company and with partnersDetail oriented and highly organized with a strong ability to quickly identify and resolve complex issuesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives with varying deadlines effectivelyAbility to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiencesAdvanced MS office tools, particularly PowerPoint and ExcelAbility to stand for long periods of time and lift objects of 30lbs or greater; this role is working in an operational environment and may require protective apparel

General knowledge of EMV key management and CryptographyKnowledge of EMV chip validation processIT degree or equivalent experience
