This position supplies HR domain expertise and works day to day with the Talent & Development Center of Excellence, which includes Learning Management. The position also provides functional assistance with a focus on the usage of HR System software, tools and applications and to provide guidance on information, enhancements and impacts across HR. In addition, this role p rovides HR project management and continuous improvements for the Talent & Development Center of Excellence This includes defining requirements for the HR system, development of test scripts and coordination of user acceptance testing, end user training and acting as the client liaison with internal HR professionals and external vendors to support the Talent & Development processes. The HRIS Client Relationship Lead will partner with the larger HR Technology and Hire to Retire teams to develop and deliver HR solutions to our customers.
Responsibilities: Lead the functional components of projects that relate to tools and initiatives used to achieve desired project outcomes. Facilitates requirements gathering and sign-off, define and lead teams around functional test script execution, documentation, training and communications as it applies to annual processes and special programs. Partners with Talent & Development COE, other HR areas and IT to achieve successful completion of project. Process improvements: Understand and recommend synergistic opportunities based on Talent & Development client areas. Prioritized enhancements with management and change control process. Triage of tools and information - Research where tools or information questions arise from Talent & Development and determines and communicates resolution. Works directly with the Information Technology group when technical resource research is needed. Information requests - Ensures information needs are met either through defined reports or supplied using detailed analytics. Qualifications: Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four year college or university program. 5-8 years of direct related work experience with a minimum of 3 years in a role directly involving enterprise wide HR Systems. 3 years experience with SAP SuccessFactors and background in two or more of the following: Learning (LMS), Performance, Goals, Compensation and Succession Planning. Prior experience managing HR projects independently and to leverage contributions of other team members to accomplish projects. Prior experience working across multiple countries with global customers. Proven ability to independently solve problems and make recommendations to remediate issues and drive strategic solutions. Additional and/or Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to navigate and understand technical and functional requirements, conversations, and testing methodology. Data analysis and the ability to use a logic-based decision-making process. Leads by example through clear and concise communication style. Superior attention to detail and ability to multitask in a highly dynamic environment to meet deadlines. Continuous improvement mindset and a passion for measuring results through data and metrics. Ability to influence and negotiate to achieve results. Demonstrated team player with leadership and client relationship skills. Highly proficient with Microsoft Suite of applications, including SharePoint. SuccessFactors Expert Accreditations (SFX).
