An exciting opportunity for a technically inclined Agile Coach to enable and transform technical and business teams to work in Agile way. You will collaborate and bring the digital and enterprise teams on board with the Agile processes and methodology in the digital transformation journey with a very established client in Singapore.
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems;
Minimum 6 years experience as a ScrumMaster with minimum 4 years working experience as Agile Coach;
Experienced in designing user stories, continuous system integration and automated testing;
Knowledge in Acceptance Test Driven Development ( ATDD ) and Behavior-Driven Development ( BDD );
Knowledge of Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and DevOps processes and toolchains such as Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins etc;
Familiarity with pair programming and code scanning etc;
Strong working knowledge in Agile development team and methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Scrumban etc;
Problem solver and Lean mindset;
Ability to facilitate, lead and demonstrate value-add principles to a team;
An established track record of being a team player, able to work and partner with regional and global business units;
Ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization from Scrum team members to executives and key stakeholders;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Certified Scrum Master ( CSM ), Certified Scrum Professional ( CSP ) or Certified Product Owner ( CSO ).
Contribute to implementing Agile process, principles and practices across all levels and departments in the organization by introducing techniques that increase productivity internally and promote a culture of innovative and quality solution externally for their customers;
Lead the digital transformation journey that cover end-to-end software delivery from team and workforce strategy, culture, planning, design, implementation, refactoring, testing, automation, cloud services,integration, release, governance, monitoring and troubleshooting;
Help onboard key stakeholders and teams into consistent and disciplined Agile delivery and BAU capabilities;
Plan and facilitate workshops and meetings for new product development by adopting design thinking methodology;
Identify and draft requirements, propose and design product sprints, monitor schedule and team performance;
Support business to become agile literate and continuously climb up the agile maturity curve in developing, driving and aligning an integrated business and technology strategy;
Work with leaders on impediments that slow squads down and facilitate the creation and running of high performance teams.
