The TIBCO Enterprise Solutions Engineering product management team is looking for a highly motivated individual to help us manage a set of connector products. These important products help customers easily integrate with many endpoints, ranging from cloud or SaaS technologies, to traditional business suites and platforms, to legacy technologies and more.


We are seeking a self-starter with a passion for customers and products. In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of the product lifecycle and strategy, including justification and prioritization of new products as well as guiding the product roadmap for existing products and customers.


You will conduct important research about customers and the marketplace, as well as gather inputs from other stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, and Support. Your use cases, requirements, and prioritization inputs will help drive discussions and ultimately the product direction, packaging, positioning, and pricing.
Conducting market research to help prioritize development of new connectors as well enhancements to existing connectors

Contacting customers to gather product feedback, requirements and use cases. Documenting them and making recommendations to ensure continued customer satisfaction and success

Articulating the value and direction of the product to customers and prospects

Product planning, release, and roadmaps

Business analysis

Third-party software evaluation and contract negotiation
Bachelors or higher in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline

2-4 years of relevant experience, such as in Product Management, Software Development, Quality Assurance, or Customer Success, or as a Technical/Sales Consultant

Excellent presentation, writing, organizational and interpersonal skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and to work independently

Ability to communicate clearly the relevant information needed for various audiences (e.g. customers, Engineering, Sales/Pre-Sales, etc.)

Ability to gather and translate customer business needs into technical product requirements

Ability to perform business analysis and research

Experience in integration, applications, cloud technologies
