Service Desk Analyst is required by prestigious trading house based in the City of London (currently the role will be remote). Ideally you will have held a similar Front Office support role. You will be working in a stimulating and challenging role, encompassing different areas of the business and an opportunity to work with a wider global team. Respond to all technology issues in a timely fashion. Take ownership of all user issues relating to IT applications, hardware and servicesProvide technical guidance and consult with vendors and other systems support units to identify and resolve complex client/system problemsProvide technical support for local voice, mobile and video conference solutionsWork with team members when a major problem is experienced and participate in problem solving processes across various teams around the enterpriseAssist with the business' recovery testing to confirm availability of systems where outages have occurred or simulatedDocument and track status of client inquiries, coordinate appropriate response and follow up to ensure client satisfactionParticipate in the analysis of client identified issues or problems which may require changes to department procedures, standards or systems
Previous experience in a Front Office support roleComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentExperience of market data systems eg -Bloomberg, ReutersKnowledge of Microsoft platforms such as Active Directory, SCCM, App-VOffice 365 applications, particularly OutlookStrong networking skillsActive DirectoryApple iOS mobile technologyCisco video conference solutions
