As a Software Analyst on the PDP MBSE: MCAD & Visualization team, for John Deere s Global IT Enterprise (Moline), you will get the opportunity to work on large-scale global applications in a Fortune 500 company that is regularly ranked among the best companies to work for in the country. In this position, you will be responsible for collaborating with other software engineers and analysts to drive configuration, design and development within Windchill RV&S and Modeler to meet the requirements and demands of our Product Engineering facilities and Engineers globally. In addition, you will:
Work as member of Agile delivery team responsible for the Model Based Systems Engineering product team Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure features meet business needs Complete analysis and definition activities required to enable implementation of software solutions Perform testing activities to ensure desired functionality is delivered Troubleshoot reported problems and incidents, and supports their resolution

Proven Technical Skills and Experiences 2 or more years of understanding of computer technology, methodology, and full life-cycle development 2 or more years of foundational technical aptitude related to applications development environment, database, data management and infrastructure capabilities and constraints in order to understand and resolve technical impediments 1 or more years of proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum team environment 1 or more years of proven deep experience leveraging DevSecOps and lean development principles such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery Basic understanding of software test automation (TDD and Unit Testing Frameworks: Junit, Mockito, Cucumber, Cypress) 2 or more years of experience performing analysis, definition, and business requirements gathering activities as they relate to the delivery of technical solutions Interpersonal, Leadership and Teaming Competencies, Product Knowledge Capable of collaborating with other team members to ensure that features meet business needs (eg 2 or more years in a software analyst role) Skilled in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution Proven experience working in a team environment within minimal supervision; team-oriented Appetite for continuous learning and willingness/dedication to develop technical skills needed to further develop, transform, and modernize Model Based System Engineering products, processes, and solutions using a DevOps mindset What Makes You Stand Out Experience utilizing system execution/quality monitoring tools Understanding of the current Windchill RV&S and Modeler technology stack Basic understanding of system engineering principles Experience with Cloud technologies (AWS or Azure) Education (or equivalent work experience)
