We're looking for a talented and energetic Community & Asset Coordinator to join our Digital Marketing Team in our Dallas, Texas location. Our digital marketing team continues to grow and mature in tool adoption. We're building a progressive, story-telling oriented team that showcases are beautiful brands and their products.


You will be the voice of the brands in our digital channels responding to our customers, making them feel a part of the Daltile family. Using Salesforce Social Studio, you'll monitor engagement, responding and encouraging it, respond to incoming DMs and be the voice of the brands as customers reach out through LiveChat.

Additionally, you'll be the go-to person for building the Asset Repository across Adobe DAM and our meta data cataloging tool to catalog and index our beautiful product room scenes and swatches. Manipulating images to proper channel sizes, color correcting, and show casing the best photography to support our projects will be part of contributions to our overall Brand Marketing, Creative, and Digital teams brand calendars.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a versatile creative writer, understand how to prioritize and manage tasks.

Daily Functions Include:

Managing a high volume of assets to support 3 brands and their digital channel presence.

Manipulating, cropping, correcting, tagging and distributing daily social media posts via the social content calendar contributions.

Asset manipulation in Adobe DAM and a management tool with application of meta data and descriptions applied in the tools.

Managing approval and release workflows for photo assets, sized for proper social media channels.

Responding to incoming DMs and comments via Salesforce Marketing Cloud's Social Studio and LiveChat.

Suggesting recommendations to adjust programs optimal results.

Staying up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends in social media, imagery, video, and digital best practices.

Performing other duties when needed. Fast-paced, highly energetic environment with multi-tasking and supporting team collaboration is our norm.

Experience & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Marketing, Creative Writing, Communications, or related field preferred.

2+ year equivalent work experience in lieu of degree

Social media management and reporting platform experience. SFMC Social Studio preferred.

Desire to grow personally and professionally. Commitment to continued education through SF Marketer and related certifications.

Photoshop graphic resizing/manipulation skills required. Video editing skills preferred.

Meta data, photo copywriting and general digital photography knowledge required. Adobe DAM asset management experience a plus.

Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics power user. Familiarity with CRMs.

Highly motivated self-starter who is a team player and a problem-solver who can work independently and contribute to a growing, saavy Digital Marketing team.

Strategic thinking, prioritization skills, troubleshooting and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Ability to communicate verbally and written in a clear, concise manner. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain constructive work relationships (take feedback) from internal and external stakeholders.

Above average planning, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.

Extreme attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow-up.

Desire to master new skills and tools quickly and remain current with the latest tools & technologies.
