TMUS Device & Supply Chain is seeking a highly experienced executes assistant to support the SVP, VPs and Senior Directors.

Device & Supply Chain Organization is responsible for TMUS enterprise, inclusive of Magenta and Metro, end-to-end device, IoT, Wearables, Tablets and accessory portfolios and forward and reverse logistics supply chain operations. The organization manages north of $10B+ annual spend on sourcing devices for TMUS enterprise, including Magenta and Metro PCS brands, managing over 60M devices on the network, as well as TMUS device technology innovations, $1B+ supply chain operations spending Performs dedicated executive assistant duties for a VP or SVP.

This is a highly dynamic, fast paced environment. The successful candidate has rich work experiences supporting senior executives (SVP/VP level) in fortune 500 companies, can successfully handle demanding and complex calendar challenges, has high energy level and is self-motivating. A successful candidate should also feel comfortable navigating through ambiguities and is able to work well with others in the company to get things done. The dynamic body of work requires an analytical and inquisitive mind and use of initiative and independent judgment. Working knowledge of corporate policy is required.

Responsibilities
* Support senior leader by performing advanced-level administrative work of complex nature including planning, coordinating, organizing and producing work that requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
* Execute special or continuous research and data analysis tasks. Analyze problems, determine approach, compile and analyze data and prepare reports and recommendations.
* Manage executive's schedule, arranging appointments, travel, meetings, conference calls, etc. Coordinate activities between departments and outside parties. Contact company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information on behalf of executive.
* May communicate on behalf of executive, must be able to determine most appropriate method of communication by assessing situation and applying judgement.
Qualifications
* 3+ years supporting executive leaders, may assist less experienced peers
* Expert ability to prioritize, plan, schedule and organize multiple projects simultaneously according to importance of projects or tasks assigned.
* Expert level of understanding regarding current office practices, policies, procedures, and services of department
* Expert level ability to interact and communicate effectively, tactfully and respectfully with others in all possible situations
* Expert level ability to provide support in the coordination of large projects.
* Expert level skills in Microsoft Office products such as Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
