The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with our client, a global software company.

Location: San Jose, CA (Must be available to work onsite)

Duration: 2 months contract with high possibility of renewal to support a 2-year roll out project

Type: W2 contract

Job Descriptions:

The IT Site Support Technician will provide technical support to users globally. You will communicate with users across all offices, in person, over the phone, via email and instant messaging platforms.

Job Requirements:
Associate Degree in related fields and / or CompTIA A+ certification Minimum two years of service desk experience in a helpdesk ticketing environment, ideally using ServiceNow. Exposure to ITIL Policies and Procedures, specifically Incident, Request, Knowledge and Problem Management. Hands-on support & troubleshooting experience in the following areas: Windows 10, OSX, Mobile Devices (Android, iOS) laptop hardware issues Office 365 administration Office 365 Applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Basic understanding and support of networking and Voice technologies and the ability to troubleshoot. Experience / ability to work with vendors, specifically Laptops, Printers, Mobility and Audio Visual. Administering Security Products Solutions for Clients Possess excellent customer service experience Enthusiastic and a can-do attitude. Highly integrity and collaborative in a team environment. Good sense of ownership. Eager to learn new concepts and willing to roll up your sleeves to take a job and learn. Ability to work and manage multiple priorities at the same time.
