IT Technical Support will be responsible to record and resolve incidents and service requests encountered in the use of Sartorius Group IT hardware and software
Qualification Experience: BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science with at least 2-5 years of experience in technical support. Good competency level covering a wide range of IT skills and disciplines that are needed for 1st and 2nd level support. Strong competency in troubleshooting of IT issues. Windows 7/10 operating system experience with knowledge of the Windows registry, file and folder security, local/domain user security, and operating system troubleshooting Familiarity and understanding of Active Directory, Windows Server Operating System and Networking. Phone support skills, along with Remote support. Knowledge in standard software like Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Cisco Jabber WebEx, Microsoft Teams OneDrive, Chrome, Adobe etc. Knowledge of Mobile device Management and Microsoft SCCM.
Job Description: Record and resolve incidents and service requests encountered in the use of Sartorius Group IT hardware and software. Installation and deployment of standard Sartorius Group software. IMAC/R (Install, Move, Add, Change, Remove) of fixed and mobile PCs, and other IT equipment when applicable. Ensuring that the CMDB or other tools used for the recording of assets are kept up to date. Telephony support including Fixed, Mobile and Wireless. Creating and modifying knowledge articles and keep them up to date.
