Responsible for the administration of the Banks email system (Outlook-Exchange). Develops, recommends and implements policies, standards and best practices. Provisions users for email access in accordance with HR requests, maintain accurate and current documentation on all requests both new and changes to existing users. Ensures the optimum performance and efficiency of all networks.Responsible for the administration of the Banks Mobile Device Management (MDM) system. Develops, recommends and implements policies, standards and best practices. Provisions and maintains all company issued and BYOD devices according to established policy. Researches and recommends system enhancements for the Bank to ensure safety and soundness of all devices as well as efficient operations and management of all devices.Acts as the primary contact for end user support for all email and device related issues. Acts as the primary support for all InternetMail related end user inquiries and/or issues, including but not limited to, troubleshooting, email group maintenance and general support, releasing of quarantined emails. Acts as a liaison with the Banks email provider as well as any other third party software/hardware provider for device management. Maintains accurate and current documentation of all end user and vendor interactions.Ability to code HTML pages and make copy changes within existing code. Development should support optimizing user experience and performance based on the evaluation of user needs. Keeps current with technological advances in web technologies and makes recommendations for improvement when appropriate.Performs other job related duties as assigned.
