IT Support Supervisor

THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION FOR 3-4 MONTHS - INDIVIDUAL MUST BE ONSITE

Responsibilities:

Oversee a team of IT technicians, scheduling/prioritizing service requests, utilizing various systems to manage internal ticketing systems.Systematically monitoring and updating ticket statuses, inventory records, and customer configurations.Handling technical support escalations in a timely and efficient manner; serving as first level escalation point of contact for escalated customer issuesUpdating clients regularly on ongoing open tickets/service requests.Monitoring and maintaining acceptable SLAs, and managing client communications and expectations.

Qualifications:

1+ years of Service Desk/Help Desk team lead or supervisor experienceStrong knowledge of Windows, Mac, iOS and Android Operating systems.Knowledge of various hardware and software products including Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365), Exchange Administration, McAfee Antivirus, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).Ability to handle team scheduling, escalations, service level maintenance, and customer follow-up is required.Strong ability to diagnose, organize and prioritize issues in a timely manner, able to work independently to resolve issues. - provided by Dice
