Helpdesk Analyst - Broomfield, CO

Onsite Position

As a Helpdesk Analyst in the IT Department you will be required to perform the following job duties and possess the following knowledge:
Partner with key staff to help develop IT's overall Customer Success vision, roadmap, and cultural transformation. Provide dedicated and managed support via desk side and telephone. Provide routine call and incident taking, logging and classification. Provide initial, quick resolution to routine incidents, eg password resets. Provide short-term support to keep lines of communication open and provide access to IT. Provide 24/7 on-call support as needed. Identify potential solutions or refer the issue directly to level two or level three support staff. Ensure compliance to all computer software copyright and license regulations for all computer software on personal computers. Meet and confer with customers to explain departmental plans, programs, functions, policies, and procedures. Identify and recommend improvements in divisional and departmental operations to ensure functions are efficient and cost effective. Collaborate with teams to ensure uptime, service availability, and implementation of new services or IT's service catalog. Assist in maintaining 1500+ endpoint environment. Develop and conduct end-user training on new systems as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:

Training - High School diploma or GED equivalent. Formal training and/or experience in all Google,

Microsoft and VMware operating environments to include common application programs; including, but

not limited to, Google and MS Office. Formal training and/or experience with VMware View clients.

Certifications Preferred: CompTIA A+ Certification, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Linux+, CompTIA

Security+, MCSA

Also preferred - Working knowledge of automated imaging solutions such as LANDesk, SCCM, or

Microsoft Systems Center. Some knowledge of printing and scanning functions.

Experience - Two years of experience in supporting all Google and/or MS operating and desktop environments in a business environment.
