The ADT team is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Technical Producer to support our SFDC Marketing Cloud platform. This is a technical role working with our automated marketing platform - Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a specific focus on email. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining customer journeys as part of our CX and marketing automation programs. This includes journey design and configuration, HTML/AMPscript coding, audience segmentation and data integration.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer experience and hands-on experience in developing marketing automation strategies to drive measurable results. We are looking for an individual who can bring technical support and analytical thinking to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, while always keeping the larger strategy top of mind.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the planning, buildout and execution of cross-channel communications and campaigns in a flexible and timely manner Utilize and deploy SFMC email campaigns using AMPscript Proficient in data extension management in SFMC leveraging SQL for automations where needed Manage set-up and configuration of data-driven campaigns ensuring deliverability Working with stakeholders create and implement test strategies, including A/B multivariant testing that maximizes engagement Support campaign analysis and reporting to measure success against key KPIs and metrics, tracking to on expected performance Provide training and documentation for new and existing users Build and execute quarterly testing roadmaps to drive constant performance gains on open rates, engagement and conversion through email Work directly with internal/external product, engineering & IT teams to ensure the digital marketing team delivers on expectations. Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
Experience & Skills:
3+ minimum years of experiences in SQL, HTML, AMPscript, Bootstrap, etc. 3+ years' experience in building and running B2C email programs 3+ years' experience with SalesForce Marketing Cloud ecosystem, preferably Email Studio and Journey Builder Keen eye and aptitude for troubleshooting with solutions led approach Solid technical skills and expertise with HTML and CSS optimized for email deployment focusing on up-to-date mobile responsive design across multiple applications and devices Average use of Photoshop for quick media asset changes related to email deployments in the SFMC Must thrive in a fast paced, iterative, deadline driven environment Passion for customer journey analysis
