As a Client Services Representative for Insight, youll work in a fast-paced Fortune 500 company. This is a remote contract opportunity helping one of our large clients, you will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to our clients customers. If youre an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual hungry to help people, youre an ideal candidate for this position.

Please note: this is a remote, tempoary, contract position supporting the PST timezone. The expected duration is 3-4 months.

As a Client Services Representative, you will:

Take ownership. Youll be on the phone helping customers connect Bluetooth devices via the internet for healthcare provider Prioritize. Your job is fast-moving and essential to helping customers link devices to their internet. Communicate. You will proactively assist customers by calling out to them and assist connecting their Bluetooth device to the internet. Customer Service. Youll work closely with customers who might have no technology aptitude so being patience is important

What you bring to the team:

Phenomenal customer service experience and solid follow-up skills Proficient in Microsoft tools A love for helping others and technology

What will help you stand out:

Any experience with medical devices Bi-Lingual is a plus (but not required)
