My client who are a leading UK based service provider are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join their successful and fast paced team.

Job overview

The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise in a Salesforce Sales Cloud environment, a proven track record in a Salesforce Administration position and experience of working with a marketing automation system.

Key responsibilities

Manage and develop the system design to meet their business requirements:

o Manage system configuration (Salesforce and Pardot) eg. managing fields, workflow rules, validation rules, triggers, Visual Force pages, email templates, reports and dashboards

o Actively research new functionality within Salesforce releases and best practise for continued process improvements

o Consider their long-term business strategy, making recommendations and leading initiatives to ensure the platform grows and best use is made of Salesforce and Pardot functionality

o Ensure a best practise change delivery process is in place, managing the production and sandbox environments and release strategy.

o Be the teams go-to contact for queries and ideas for development, actively making changes where possible and translating whats needed into briefs for future development activities

Develop and deliver accurate reporting solutions to provide colleagues with relevant and insightful reports and dashboards related to Salesforce and Pardot dataMaintain excellent levels of system administration accuracy:

o Manage and maintain user accounts, including security profiles

o Ensure data integrity and accuracy by enforcing data entry standards and regularly monitoring data quality in Salesforce: proactively working with users to fix data inconsistencies

o Support data import/export requirements

o Ensure data security is maintained

o Troubleshoot issues, being the liaison with Salesforce Premier+ Support and IT colleagues


SDFC certified administrator in ADM201 with 2 years administration experience (SalesCloud);Experience delivering solutions using dataloader, page layouts, multiple record types, role hierarchy, sharing rules, workflow actions, validation rules and process builderSFDC certified developer or the ability to read and amend existing Apex code and Visualforce pagesPassionate about Salesforce and Pardot with interest in pursuing Trailhead badgesIn depth knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel & Power BIExperience of working with large volumes of data with excellent numerical skills, with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detailStrong logical and analytical thinking to support report creation and data analysisExcellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and work to deadlines under pressureAbility to identify/understand user needs and to produce and communicate solutions in clear, non-technical language.
