Customer Success Executive - Software Products - City of London
Avanti Recruitment is working with a successful multinational B2B software house in the City of London to source a Customer Success Executive to join their team. Their Customer Success team are the first point of contact for any post-sales customer interactions and product related queries. This will include working with new and established customers to maintain and grow successful customer relationships throughout the onboarding process, go-live and ongoing support in using their products including acting as an expert user for any questions on how to use the software optimally. You will help to train new users on the products, provide technical support and regular service reviews to ensure customers are happy and optimally using the software.
To be considered its likely you will have worked in a Customer Software Support / Customer Success Role previously for a software product. You must have excellent communication skills; both written and verbal to communicate with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the business. You must also have the aptitude to quickly learn all about a software product and become and Expert User.
It would be desirable if you have worked in marketing automation role previously and have some knowledge of HTML / CSS but this is not essential.
