Your new company This exciting opportunity is with an remarkable charity, located within central London, who are looking to recruit a 2nd Line ICT Support Analyst to work within their ICT support team, supporting circa 400 user across a network of offices.
Your new role As the new 2nd Line ICT Support Analyst, you will need to provide excellent customer service for the ICT service desk. Working within a lively team you will ensure security, equipment availability and assist in the delivery of upcoming ICT strategic projects and work-streams.
Other areas of responsibility include configuration and deployment of IT equipment and the training of service desk tickets so that they are either resolved or escalated promptly. You will capture appropriate data, utilise the asset database and induct new ICT starters. The role is principally based at their office in London, although there may be a requirement for travel to their other sites across the UK. Remote working will also be in place at present.
What you'll need to succeed You will bring to the role extensive, relevant knowledge and experience of IT best practice including:
Minimum of 2 years' experience of working within an IT support environment with Microsoft Certification. Ideally to MCSA or above qualification.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (2013/2016/365)Excellent knowledge of windows server operating systems, including Active Directory, DNS and DHCP (Server 2008 R2 - Server 2019)Excellent understanding of PC/Laptop/Server Hardware architecture.Computer Networking terms and technologiesExcellent Organisational, Communication and Problem-Solving SkillsSharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange Online
