Role and responsibilities: Responsible for all CTO communications and employee engagement efforts. Extreme written accuracy and obsessive perfectionism is a baseline need for this role. This resource coordinates town halls, ask-me-anything sessions, and pop ups, prepares/distributes broad written communications, presentations, team / product surveys and product education, performs video script writing / editing, and manages CTO distribution lists and mechanics. Captures requirements and develops plans for new CTO team / program / product site builds and surveys. Develops / deploys / analyzes surveys for teams, products and events. Monitors CTO mailboxes and routes internal and external submissions including employee feedback for resolution. Performs discovery / triage on communication requests and determines the best medium to use to tell the message in a crisp and meaningful way. Provides guidance / ensures Brand Compliance for site builds / custom graphics / announcements.
