We strive to fulfill this mission by following our Core Values of Safety, Individual Accountability, Respect, Integrity, Growth and Commitment.Come and surround yourself with talented and professional individuals who have also taken the next step of making a difference in someone's life.You would not only have a great and dedicated team to work with, but you may also be eligible to take advantage of a comprehensive benefits plan which includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), legal, paid holidays, vacation, and sick time.ResponsibilitiesThe Records Analyst is responsible for the maintenance of trainee records and provides reports in accordance with DOL rules and regulations.+ Supports the Career Development Services System (CDSS) as it relates to individual position, department and overall Center goals.+ Provides quality customer services to students, staff, and visitors.+ Enters student statistical data in the Job Corps computer system.+ Maintains students' records files.+ Assists with maintaining accurate student accountability.+ Conducts regular audits of student records.+ Files all required documents in students' records files.+ Assists in preparing the necessary Job Corps forms and reports for submission to the Department of Labor and other center departments.+ Assists in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports as assigned.QualificationsMinimum: High school graduate or equivalent. Two years related experience to include exposure to record keeping, data entry, etc.Preferred: Advanced business college coursework. Bi-linual - SpanishKnowledge Required: Ability to proficiently operate a personal computer. Working knowledge of word processing and math spreadsheet software applications. Good organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Aptitude for mathematical computation.
